Biography
One of the most fearsome tournament players on the circuit, Jason Mercier announced himself to the poker world in 2008 when he won the EPT San Remo for $1.3m and made the final table of the EPT Barcelona a few months later. The following year he bagged his first WSOP bracelet in the $ 1.5k PLO, picking up a second in 2011. In 2009 he was Bluff Magazine Player of the Year. As of January 2013 he has over $8m in winnings.
