Richard Austin wins WSOP Event #35 $5,000 Pot Limit Omaha
Richard Austin outlasted a field of 363-runners to claim his first WSOP bracelet in the $5,000 PLO Event. The youngster from Jefferson, Indiana picked up a cheque for $409,484 after knocking out the second and third placed finishers in a single hand.

Team CelebPoker in the money in Austria
Holland’s Rein Zijda has marked his move into the world of live tournaments with an impressive third place finish at the Poker Master Main Event in Austria. The 45-year-old Dutchman who is part of Team CelebPoker, collected a cheque for €19,150.

Sorel Mizzi Leads Final 11 in $5k PLO, Event #35
With only 11 players left in the $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event at the 2009 WSOP, three of them are major tournament pros. Cliff “JohnnyBax” Josephy held the chip lead for much of the day before Betfair’s Sorel Mizzi took the top spot.
