The Poker Players’ Alliance (PPA) is going to Washington this week in a bid to finally legalise online poker. As part of their “National Poker Week,” members have arranged over 100 meetings with members of Congress.

Alexandre Gomes has won the Bellagio Cup Main Event. The 26-year-old became the first Brazilian to win a WPT event and in doing so claimed a first prize of $1,187,670.
