Jeff Lisandro wins WSOPE £5,250 PLO
With four WSOP titles already under his belt we knew that Jeff Lisandro was a tasty stud player. He's now shown that he's pretty handy at Omaha too after collecting bracelet number five in the WSOPE £5,250 PLO event.

202 players were in attendance for the second opening flight of the £1,075 No Limit Hold'em event at the Empire yesterday with Wes Pantling leading the way at bagging up time.

15 left in WSOPE £5,250 PLO – Racener leads
49 players returned for day two of event two, the £5,250 PLO tournament, yesterday and by the close of what proved to be an extremely long day, just 15 were still in contention to take the £159k first prize.
WSOPE £1,075 NL Hold'em Day 1A complete
202 players were on hand for the first of three opening flights for the £1,075 NL Hold'em event yesterday. Just 28 remained after a frantic day of action which saw organisers bring play to a close one level earlier than scheduled.

Phil Laak wins WSOPE Event 1 for £170,802
Out of the ashes – Phil Laak, having played the record 115-hour session of poker and then crashed a quad bike hospitalising himself for several days, has come back from near death to winning his first WSOP bracelet at the opening event of the 2010 World Series of Poker Europe.
WSOPE Event 2, £5,250 PLO Day 1 complete
As Phil Laak took down his first WSOP bracelet the second event of the 2010 World Series of Poker Europe began. The pros descended on The Empire for the £5,250 Pot-Limit Omaha game which last year saw 154 entrants and the year before 165.
