Chris Trapiani heads WPT Bay 101 Shooting Stars Day 1B
273 players were on hand for the second of two opening flights at the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Stars event and by the close of play just 117 were left with Chris Trapiani bagging a $10k bonus for being the overnight chip leader with a stack of 197,900.

Victor Chandler Poker has signed a sponsorship deal with the grassroots Poker in the Pub league. Poker in the Pub hosts free to enter tournaments in 150 venues throughout the UK and has around 20,000 active players. The latest leg of the PokerStars UK and Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT) drew to a close yesterday with Plymouth's Matthew McDerra taking the title.
