New iPhone app from the WPT
Players needing a poker fix while on the move can now do so courtesy of a new WPT app.
Eugene Katchalov is the latest Team PokerStars Pro
PokerStars has boosted its pro team with the addition of Ukrainian-born American Eugene Katchalov. The 29-year-old is probably best know for winning this year's $100,000 High Roller event at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure where he pocketed $1.5m after beating Daniel Negreanu heads-up.

Meulyzer heads EPT Snowfest with 81 left
Just 81 of the 482 EPT Snowfest starters are still in the running for the title at the close of Day 2 with Philip Meulyzer leading the pack with 623,500 chips, over 100,000 ahead of closest rival Giacomo Maisto on 517,500.
