The Amateur Poker Association and Tour (APAT) is best known for its series of small buy-in live events for amateur players. APAT will now be able to offer plenty of online action too after the purchase of online poker domain Poker.co.uk.

Just 27 left in the WSOP Main Event

Just 27 players are left in the 2012 World Series of Poker Main Event with Marc Ladouceur the man to beat. Americans dominate the chip counts with eight of the top ten coming from the USA but it's Canadian Ladouceur who leads the way with 15,875,000 followed by Daniel Strelitz (12,790,000) and Robert Salaburu (10,915,000).

Day 4 of the 2012 World Series of Poker Main Event is in the book with just 282 players still chasing the $8.5m first prize. Paul Volpe is our chip leader on 2,750,000 followed by Swede Erik Hellman (2,216,000) and start of day chip leader Dave D'Alesandro (2,093,000) with pros Kyle Bowker (2,081,000) and Eric Buchman (2,076,000) rounding out the top five.
