EPT Barcelona is going to be a biggie
Season nine of the European Poker Tour looks like it will get off to a flying start with a record number of online qualifiers expected in Barcelona next month. Organisers PokerStars are expected 300 players to have bagged a seat by the time the tournament starts next month.

Online poker moves closer in Nevada
Intra-state online poker in the US state of Nevada moved a step nearer yesterday after the 11-member Nevada Gaming Policy Committee recommended that no further statutory tests were needed prior to operator’s going live within the state. The decision clears the path for Nevada to offer intra-state real-money games without the need for federal approval.

GUKPT Goliath less than a month away
