Final few seats for BoylePoker.com International Poker Open released
Boyle Poker has announced that it will be releasing a further 40 seats for next week’s International Poker Open. The $225+$25 seats for Day 1A on 16th October are direct online buy in only and will be available on the Boyle Poker website on Thursday 15th October at 7pm.
1.5m up for grabs in Belgium Open Poker Championship
The sixth annual Belgium Open Poker Championship takes place at the Casino de Namur, from 21st to 29th November. The highlight of the nine-day festival is the €1,500+200 Main Event where an estimated prize pool of €1.5m is on offer.

Aaron Gustavson defeats Peter Eastgate in EPT London
Aaron Gustavson has won EPT London. The American went into the final table holding a substantial chip advantage and never let up the pace throughout a seven-hour final day. He put his large stack to excellent use, eliminating Raymond Wu, Dominic Cullen and Nikolai Senninger to set up a heads up confrontation with 2008 WSOP Main Event Champion Peter Eastgate.
PKR Heads-Up Grand Slam starts today
The inaugural PKR Heads-Up Grand Slam kicks off today and what an exciting line-up it is. More big names added to World Poker Open V field

New Sky Poker Tour schedule announced
Sky Poker.com has announced the return of its popular live tour with £100,000 guaranteed in prize money for the new season. The tour kicks off at the G Casino in Manchester on Saturday 7th November 2009 with further stops scheduled for Newcastle, Luton, Glasgow and Swansea. The tour will culminate with a two-day grand final at Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham next September.

Peter Eastgate vs Aaron Gustavson Heads-Up EPT London
WSOP 2008 Main Event winner Peter Eastgate has reached heads-up in the EPT London Main Event. His opponent, American online qualifier Aaron Gustavson, has a 2:1 chip lead over Eastgate and will be looking to claim his first major tournament title.
Thomas Rolfe wins Irish Poker Festival
Despite the invitation, there was no sign of Lady Gaga in Killarney for the Ladbrokes Irish Poker Festival. Her absence didn’t put off young Englishman Thomas Rolfe though who won the title and with it a first prize of €100,000.
Giancarlo Fisichella joins Party Poker
PartyPoker has continued its signing spree by adding racing driver Giancarlo Fisichella to its pro ranks. The Formula One veteran, who has just signed a deal with motor racing giants Ferrari, will become an ambassador for Party Poker, representing them online and in major events.
