A British man who killed a fellow poker player after a dispute in a car park has been granted a retrial. 25-year-old backpacker Daniel Dean became involved in an argument with 29-year-old Mark Urch, after a poker tournament at the Banjo’s Bar in Shute Harbour, north Queensland, Australia. Urch died after falling to the ground and banging his head after being punched.
