Apparently next month there’s a final table of some description playing out – the Partouche Poker Tour. We’re joking, that is happening but this is about the November Nine and the final table of the 2010 World Series of Poker Main Event. Or, more accurately, the events surrounding it.
Foxwoods World Poker Finals begins including $10,000 event
The World Poker Tour has come once again to Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut with 22 events culminating in a six-day $10,000 WPT Championship that begins two weeks from tomorrow. Last year, 353 players competed in the WPT event and Cornel Cimpan took home $910,058 for being last man standing.

James Bord wins Marrakech Poker Cup High Roller event

New poker TV show from ‘Weeds’ producers – ‘Whales’

Charles Moore wins WSOP Circuit event in Indiana
Overall a field of 289 players competed in the World Series of Poker Circuit event in Indiana but after three days of tournament play only one remains – Charles “Woody” Moore has taken down the title and earned a cool $99,878 in the process.
