The Italian online poker market is closed off from the rest of the world as PokerStars found when they had to launch PokerStars.it in order to market online poker to the pasta-lovers of the Mediterranean. However, the World Series of Poker has gotten in on the action and have announced an agreement with Microgame for Italian online poker.

23 players started the penultimate day of the PokerStars EPT Prague Main Event yesterday but just eight are still in contention for the €640,000 first prize.
