Vitaliy Lunkin wins WSOP $40,000 NL HE Event #2


The $40,000 No Limit Hold Em bracelet has been won by Vitaliy Lunkin. The Russian defeated a final table including big name pros Justin Bonomo and Ted Forrest not to mention former World Champion Greg Raymer. Lunkin outlasted a field of 201 runners to collect a cheque for $1,891,012 as well as the all important gold bracelet.

Daniel Nutt has won the Dusk Till Dawn Grand Slam Main event in Nottingham, picking up a cheque for £81,250. The former warehouseman from Byfleet outlasted a field of 191 runners before beating Peter Charalamobus heads up to claim the victory in the £1,000 buy in event.

The 39-year old took down the Casino Employees tournament, outlasting 886 fellow dealers, bartenders, floor staff and other casino staff to pick up a cheque for $88,833 plus the all-important gold bracelet.
