Swiss court rules that poker is a game of luck rather than skill
As Orson Welles said in the classic film The Third Man, "In Switzerland, they had brotherly love; they had five hundred years of democracy and peace and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock." Judges in Switzerland have done nothing to change that less than impressive reputation by ruling poker a game of luck rather than skill.

Phil Laak begins world record poker session attempt
Good luck to the Unabomber – he has begun his world record attempt to try and unseat Paul Zimbler from the top spot. Zimbler played for 78 hours solid late last year in order to raise money for charity and Laak has stated he will be supporting Camp Sunshine.
Doyle Brunson defends Ultimate Bet
