Taylor Von Kriegenbergh leads WPT Seminole
With a name that sounds like that of a minor central European royal Taylor Von Kriegenbergh wouldn't have looked out of place at yesterday's nuptials at Westminster Abbey. The American has more important things on his mind at the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Showdown event in Florida though and by the close of Day 3 he had grabbed the chip lead.

Leonid Bilokur heads EPT San Remo
A field of 438 runners gathered at the Italian resort of San Remo yesterday for the first of two opening day flights of the latest European Poker Tour event. By the close of play it was Russia's Leonid Bilokur who held the chip lead on 187,900, just ahead of Ukraine's Aleksey Zharko.

PokerStars EPT San Remo kicks off
Last year the European Poker Tour event in San Remo, on the Franco-Italian border, was the largest EPT event ever with the beautiful Liv Boeree beating a record field of 1,240 to pick up a €1.25m first prize. The event has also in the past been won by Jason Mercier, her fellow PokerStars pro, back in 2008.
