Vadzim Kursevich wins EPT Deauville for €875,000
The PokerStars EPT Deauville title is leaving French soil again after Belarusian player Vadzim Kursevich defeated 19-year-old Paul Guichard heads-up to take the EPT Deauville title and a first prize of €875,000.
Filippo Candio leads WPT Venice Grand Prix after Day 1
As the EPT wraps up in Deauville, the World Poker Tour took to Venice where a field of 155 created a €690,525 prize pool. Leading the 89 survivors into Day 2 is WSOP 2010 November Niner Filippo Candio.

Ruslan Vlasov wins Genting Poker Series opener
Ruslan Vlasov is the first ever Genting Poker Series champion. The former Dusk Till Dawn dealer outlasted a 355-runner field (including re-entries) at Star City in Birmingham over the weekend to walk away with a first prize of £16,600 and a seat in the Genting Grand Final worth a further £1,600.

Luca Pagano on top at EPT Deauville
Luca Pagano is no stranger to making the money on the PokerStars European Poker Tour. The Italian holds the record for the most EPT cashes but he has, as yet, never managed to actually seal a title. That could be about to change though with Pagano holding the chip lead going into the penultimate day.

Brammer and Adeniya amongst EPT Deauville leaders
Just 54 players are still chasing the €875,000 first prize at PokerStars EPT Deauville after a rapid fire day at the French resort. Samphane Phomveha is the man leading the way after winning a huge pot just before the close.
