In America, the Games Show Network is to screen its popular High
Stakes Poker series next week with top players putting $100,000
each at risk as they pit their skill and experience against some of
the world's best players.

Sweden’s Government-run gambling monopoly Svenska Spel has
announced that it has signed a deal to provide online poker
facilities to an unidentified ‘State-controlled member of the World
