WSOPE Main Event Day 4: 'Unofficial' final table set, one more to go...

Thursday, 2 October 2008

The action is down to the last single table at the WSOP Europe. Ivan Demidov has gone back to back final tables in WSOP main events, with his space in the US equivalent already guaranteed next month.

The drama in the English capital has been insurmountable. With the elimination of Norwegian online pro Johnny Lodden in 11th place, we have all of the players on the one table for the first time. John Juanda is still the chip leader, with Daniel Negreanu in third, Stanislav Alekhin wedged between the two on 1.23 million.

Here are the seating allocations and chip counts as we wait for one more to drop before tomorrow's finale:

1 - Robin Keston 884,000
2 - Daniel Negreanu 1,000,000
3 - Chris Elliott 151,000
4 - Bengt Sonnert 400,000
5 - Peter Neff 480,000
6 - John Juanda 1,325,000
7 - Ivan Demidov 990,000
8 - Toni Hiltunen 400,000
9 - Scott Fischman 420,000
10 - Stanislav Alekhin 1,230,000
