Richard “nutsinho” Lyndaker taking a break from high stakes

Wednesday, 5 January 2011

Richard “nutsinho” Lyndaker is well known in the high stakes cash games on PokerStars, dominating the $25/$50 and higher games. He was one of the first to tackle Daniel Negreanu at $100/$200 and is also one of the more entertaining chatters at the table for those railing the games.

He recently revealed that he has begun playing the high stakes and nosebleed cash games on Full Tilt Poker under the name Kpederson and also that he was up over a million dollars in a little more than a month on both major sites. Don’t jinx it, Richard! Oh, wait...

In the past two days Lyndaker has lost over $500,000 to Scott “URnotINdanger2” Palmer at $200/$400 NL, an amount equating to just under fifteen buy-ins. This rapid and huge loss has certainly got Lyndaker thinking about poker and contemplating a break from the game:

“The last two days I have battled urnotindanger2 at 200/400. He has historically run very well against me and these matches, unfortunately, were not different. He is definitely a strong HUNL player but he has some weak points,” wrote Lyndaker on his blog. “I am not perfect either but I am under the impression that I have a decent edge. Anyway, I lost like 540k so you probably won't see me playing those stakes for a bit.”
