Full Tilt has launched a new online poker series and, in addition to winning cash, you'll be able to bank a special trip to Las Vegas to watch UFC 189.
The event, which is set to see one of the most anticipated fights in MMA history between Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo, will go down inside the MGM Grand on July 11, just after the WSOP.Dubbed The Stack, the new tournament series will get underway on May 31 and run through until June 7 and during that time there will be 16 tournaments on offer. Divided into high and low options, the series will give players a chance to compete for at least $700,000 in cash prizes.Any player that wins a "low" tournament will take part in a Tournament of Champions finale with a custom Black Card Pro sponsorship and a $1,000 FTOPS Main Event ticket, as well as entry into the High Tournament of Champions. For anyone that wins a Stack event in the "high" division a place in the Tournament of Champions awaits. This finale will be streamed live on Twitch and the winner will not only walk away with a $13,000 trip to Las Vegas to watch UFC 189, but a two-month Black Card pro sponsorship deal and a free seat in the $1,000 FTOPS Main Event. To make the low finale even more accessible to players, Full Tilt will also be offering a Flip tournament which will take place one hour before the Low Tournament of Champions finale on June 13.While the WSOP is undoubtedly the biggest draw in Las Vegas this summer, UFC 189 looks set to be a fantastic event and this decision to fuse poker and MMA could be a profitable one for Full Tilt.
