Training site CardRunners celebrates fifth anniversary

Monday, 6 December 2010

Defying their critics who claim that video training sites will kill online poker by making everyone a shark, online poker training site CardRunners are celebrating their fifth anniversary today.

Between now and Saturday, players who sign up for a CardRunners account at the cheap price of $30 (roughly £20) per month will be let off the $100 (roughly £65) sign-up fee that comes with the year. The fee will pay itself back at any stakes regardless but how’s that for a discount?

Furthermore, CardRunners will be handing out a prize every day to one member over the next six days. This includes a Macbook Air, a 2011 WSOP event buy-in, a digital camera or an iPad. But that isn’t all – CardRunners are also giving away a free “leak finder” session with David “Raptor Benefield” and a 75-minute coaching lesson with Matthew Janda.

You can win these by following @cardrunners on Twitter and competing in a $5 rebuy tournament with $5,000 added to the prize pool on December 11th at Full Tilt Poker. A $600 sign-up bonus at Full Tilt awaits new members.
