The latest main event of the London Poker Festival drew to a close last night with Stan Tsang winning the Western Club's September Main Event.
A total of £18,600 in prize money was on offer with Tsang taking £5,150 of it after beating a final table that included Tim Timotheou and Nuri Bayraktar. The elusively named Robbie B had the momentum going into two-handed play having eliminated no fewer than half of his final table opponents. He couple beat Tsang though, who overturned a hefty chip lead to secure the lion's share of the prize pool.The Acton venue's next events are the £100,000 Estimated Xmas Grand Prix and £15,000 Estimated Xmas Cracker Main Event, both of which are scheduled for December.
