This month sees the Spin & Go tournaments from PokerStars celebrating their one-year anniversary with the site marking this milestone with a special promotion.

Intent on adding to the six millionaires these games had already created since first premiering in October of 2014, PokerStars injected a selection of $1 million prize pools into a trio of new Spin & Go games. Costing $0.50, $5 and $100 to enter, the tournaments had been buzzing this week and recently created yet another millionaire.

At 8:46am London time yesterday, ‘Samara Lucio’ managed to emerge from a $5 Spin & Go that had rolled in the jackpot game. After beating ‘struchalina’ from Russia and Lithuania's ‘AA_MaKnO_AA’, who each took home $100,000 for their efforts, the online player was handed the top prize of $1 million.

The final hand saw 'Samara Lucio' move all-in with Ad Jc and scoop the pot after his opponent's Qs Jd couldn't find any luck on the flop, turn or river.

With another millionaire created, PokerStars is now looking to add more names to its roster of winners through a further series of celebratory promotions. These include an ongoing change to the top multipliers for all Spin & Go games that raises the maximum multiplier from 3,000 to 10,000 across all buy-in levels. A permanent $100 buy-in Spin & Go tournament offering a $1 million top prize has also been added to the PokerStars tournament schedule.

As if this wasn’t enough, PokerStars has moreover premiered a deposit bonus that will see players receive a Spin & Go ticket bundle worth $2.50 for depositing at least $10 before midnight on November 1 using bonus code ‘ANNIVERSARY’.
