Ravi Rides to Reading 25/25 Glory
Monday, 23 February 2015
The GUKPT 25/25 Series is becoming one of the most consistent value offerings in British poker with another guarantee-busting event this weekend.
A total of 225 players took the tables at the Grosvenor Casino in Reading to create a prize pool of £45,000, almost double the guarantee.
After a hard-fought finale on Sunday, it was a player known simply as Ravi who pocketed the bulk of the cash. The mystery man pocketed £13,140 after safely navigating his way through a final table that included Ashley Smith, Chris Cooper, Jason Beazley, Steve Penny and Simon McGechie.
