PokerStars busy on the sponsorship front - Williams and Selbst join pro team

PokerStars have added a couple more big names to their ever expanding roster of top pros, namely David Williams and Vanessa Selbst.

Williams was runner up in the 2004 WSOP Main Event behind Greg Raymer and won his maiden bracelet in the $1,500 seven-card stud event. The former Magic The Gathering player has also been successful on the World Poker Tour reaching a number of final tables before taking down the WPT Championship event earlier this year for a $1.5m score.

The 25-year-old Selbst is an interesting character in that she combines a successful poker career with law studies at Yale University. The 2008 WSOP $1.5k PLO bracelet holder won the North American Poker Tour event at Mohegan Sun earlier this year and is also an instructor at training site DeucesCracked.com.

The pair join a team that includes the likes of Daniel Negreanu, Barry Greenstein, Joe Hachem and defending WSOP Main Event champion Joe Cada.

Join them on the table at PokerStars.
