They may represent just over half the population but when it comes to poker, women are seriously under-represented. PokerStars is trying to do something to redress the balance by introducing the PokerStars Women's Club.

The new series will feature friendly low-stakes games, with players given the opportunity to win tournament prizes and merchandise in daily and weekly competitions. The Club will be split into four different levels providing a chance for every female player to get involved. Details can be seen below:

Players making it ‘into the money’ in any of the daily tournaments will win entry into the corresponding weekly Sunday Club Freeroll tournament, where the added cash prizes and merchandise can be won.


Participants who cash in the Sunday Club Freeroll will win PokerStars Women’s Club Vouchers in addition to their cash prize. These vouchers can then be used on a variety of goodies in the PokerStars VIP Store.
