PartyPoker recently finalised the line-up for its forthcoming Premier League event in Canada. Having made the move to Montreal's Playground Poker Club for this year's incarnation, the $125,000 buy-in tournament will welcome an all-star cast of pros for six days of action.

Last season Dan Shak walked away with the title but this time around he'll have his work cut out as he faces eleven of the world's finest players, including: Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Laak, Scott Seiver, Jason Koon, Sorel Mizzi, Jonathan Duhamel, Vanessa Selbst, Daniel Cates, Jeff Gross, Greg Mueller and Brian Rast.

One player who had been scheduled to play was Greg Mersonbut after a last minute issue he was forced to withdraw from the event.

All the action kicks off today and the players will go through a series of matches and earn points before progressing to a final table where one player will walk away with $400,000.
