The already crowded UK live tournament circuit has got even busier with the launch of new series of events from Genting Poker. A total of seven events are scheduled on the Genting Poker Series, starting at Birmingham's Star City in February. Further stops are scheduled for Southend, Edinburgh, Stoke, Sheffield and London's Palm Beach club as well as an online leg.

£800,000 in prize money is guaranteed over the seven events with the buy-ins for the Main Events a very affordable £400 (apart from the season ending London event which has a £1,500 buy-in). Players will get plenty of action for their £400 too with starting stacks of 25,000 chips and a one hour clock. A number of side events are scheduled alongside each Main Event with buy-ins starting from £100.
