If there was any doubt that the UK's Chris Moorman is the greatest online tournament players in history then all doubts were quashed on Sunday after he claimed his 17th Triple Crown.
Having recently become the first player to break though the $10 million winnings barrier online, Chris has gone on to scoop his 15th and 16th Triple Crowns, setting two records in the process. But over the weekend he was able to set the bar another notch higher when he closed out his third win of the week in Full Tilt Poker's Sunday Brawl. Despite having to play on his laptop on Toby Lewis's sofa, Chris was able to bank $49,000 in the Brawl before claiming two further wins in PartyPoker's $100 ($14,000) and Full Tilt Poker's Trex ($28,500). In total Chris managed to make six final tables throughout his session and when the action had stopped he'd managed to scoop a six-figure profit. Once the news hit Twitter a wave of support flooded in from the corners of the community as players could only marvel at his latest achievement.@CarlosMAVCA: "@Moorman1 @PokerStars Nice job, man." @Kiss_the_Baby3: "@Moorman1 u aren't real. Good job mate. -cmoney."@adamtrombley1: "@Moorman1 @PokerStars unreal. Just amazing. Going for two triple crowns in one day. Goooooooooo."
