The grand daddy of TV poker shows, Late Night Poker, makes a welcome return to Channel 4 next week with new sponsors Coral Poker.
The new series begins late on Monday at 12.35am (well technically it's Tuesday but you know what we mean) and features a top class line up of old school pros, online prodigies and tournament machines. Monday's opening heat (which will air over 2 weeks on 3rd and 10th October) features Hendon Mobster Barny Boatman, EPT Prague winner Roberto Romanello, EPT London champ David Vamplew, Durrrr nemesis Daniel Cates, motormouth Luke Schwartz, US pro Melanie Weisner and Million Dollar Challenge winner Adam Noone.The three following heats look equally tough with Sam Holden, Dave’Devilfish’Ulliott, Simon Trumper, John Duthie, Matt Perrins, Toby Lewis, Peter Costa and George Stewart battling it out in heat two on 17 and 24 October.Heat three on 31 October and 7 November features Ross Boatman, Liv Boeree, Padraig Parkinson, Andrew Feldman, James Dempsey, John Tabatabai, Richard Ashby, Luke Davies with the fourth and final qualifier on 14 and 21 November containing Vanessa Selbst, John Eames, Joe Beevers, Neil Channing, Jake Cody, James Bord, Ram Vaswani, Rob Okell.The final is scheduled for 28 November and 5 December.Keep up to date with all the news from the poker world by following us on Twitter and Facebook.
