Three past members of the UK's best known team of poker players, The Hendon Mob, have signed a new deal that will see them play exclusively online and in person with Grosvenor Casinos.
Christened The Poker Mob, poker-playing brothers Ross and Barny Boatman have joined with Joe Beevers and will now represent Grosvenor Casinos at events such as the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour (GUKPT) .Following stints in the past with Full Tilt and Genting Poker, the trio will sport a new patch on their shirts when touring the European poker scene and be the focus of a new online forum offering a community-based league.Designed to give something back to players, the new domain at PokerMob.com will run weekly tournaments for members offering bounties on the stars as well as exclusive prizes.Commenting on the new partnership, Joe Beevers said that the deal means the team will be ‘back playing at grass roots where [they] began’.
