After a successful debut in Birmingham last month, the Genting Poker Series heads south today to the Fox Poker Club for the London leg of the tour.
The first of three opening day flights in the £400+£30 Main Events gets under way at the Shaftesbury Avenue venue at 1pm today with days 1B and 1C starting at the same time tomorrow and Friday. Players will start with stacks of 25,000 chips with a 60-minute clock.A number of side events are also scheduled including a £100 freezeout at the Mint at 7pm tonight and tomorrow as well as a £150 freezeout at the Fox at 2pm on Sunday. A £500+£50 High Roller takes place at the Palm Beach at 5pm on Sunday. There is also a £43+£3 Main Event turbo satellite at the Fox at 10pm on Thursday.
