Full Tilt hearing latest - updated

Tuesday, 26 July 2011

The legal team representing Full Tilt Poker at today's Alderney Gambling Control Commission hearing have made an application to have the current session adjourned.

They submit that this matter be adjourned to a later date in the interest of justice. They want this application to be heard behind closed doors, not in the public forum here assembled. The lawyers suggested that if the hearing was held in public it could have an impact on any potential third party takeover talks.

Update 11.36 - The AGCC will listen to the application in camera. The adjournment is expected to take around one and a half hours.

Update 2.30pm - A further announcement is expected at 3pm.

6.02pm - Full Tilt have been granted an adjournment until 15th September at the latest.

More from the hearing as we get it.
