French poker player Remy Elkoubi from Marseille, hit a Straight Flush that gave him a $100,000 jackpot prize at Titan Poker. Elkoubi won six consecutive Fort Knox Jackpot sit-and-go tournaments to qualify for the huge prize.
Elkoubi, had been playing at Titan Poker for less than a year when he won the Fort Knox Jackpot Prize. 'I had tried to win this jackpot a few times, but I never had any success until this beautiful day,' he said.
'I will remember this day for all of my life. I can barely recall the final game as I was under so much pressure, but I remember the last hand,” Elkoubi continued. “I won the jackpot with the most beautiful hand – a straight flush. A straight flush that earned me $100,000.”
Elkoubi is the fifth Titan Poker player to win the Fort Knox Jackpot in recent months. In April, Derrick Morin from Canada, Richard Stringer from the UK and Joseph Dulaney from the US all won the big money prize. In July, Guy Meridjen from France also took home $100,000.
