First four UKIPT 2012 dates revealed

PokerStars has revealed details of the first four confirmed dates for the 2012 UK and Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT). The action gets under way with a €100,000 guaranteed event at Galway's Radisson Hotel from 16th to 20th February with further stops in Nottingham, Dublin and Newcastle also confirmed. Buy ins for season 3 have also increased from £500/€500 to £700/€700.

The line up so far is as follows:


GALWAY - Radisson Hotel €700+70* February 16 - 20, 2012 €100,000 Gtd
NOTTINGHAM - Dusk Till Dawn £700+70 April 12 - 16, 2012 £200,000 Gtd
DUBLIN - CityWest €700+70* May 17 - 21, 2012 €250,000 Gtd
NEWCASTLE - Aspers £700+70 September 6 - 10, 2012 £100,000 Gtd


PokerStars has confirmed that more dates will be added in the near future. Satellites for the opening leg in Galway are already up and running.
