Everest Poker has announced that it will be sending 13 players to the forthcoming Torneo Di Poker event which is to be held at the Perla Casino and Hotel in Nova Gorica, Slovenia. The poker tournament, held between 21 and 22 April 2007 is a €1,500 event which tourney organisers hope will boast a bulging prizepool.
'The Torneo Di Poker looks to be a very exciting event for our players,' said Jonathan May, Everest Poker's property manager. 'The Perla Casino is a great venue and Nova Gorica is a beautiful town.'
The players being sent to the event include poker enthusiasts from around Europe, including The Netherlands, France, Sweden, Denmark and Italy.
Everest Poker offered its players a number of ways to win seats at the competition, with daily satellites and weekly direct entry events.
'As always, we like to make it as easy as possible for players at all levels to compete for seats at poker tournaments like this,' said May. 'By offering freeroll poker tournaments and daily satellites, we're levelling the playing field for many players.'
