The French star had his passport stolen on a recent visit to Toronto and is currently back home trying to nudge authorities into providing him with a new one. Given the glacial pace at which French bureaucracy moves, it looks like ElkY will be facing a lengthy wait and will subsequently miss the start of this year's WSOP. The PokerStars pro tweeted:
