Last month we brought you news of a new link event from D-Day Poker that saw a host of qualifiers take place simultaneously throughout Ireland (as well as a few in the UK).

D-DayPoker.com has announced details of the remainder of the competition which will take place at the Irish National Exhibition Centre in Killarney from 27th to 29th May. The prize pool is down on what organisers had hoped for but there's still €26,000 up for grabs which is quite some ROI on a €60 investment.


Players still wanting to take part in the event can still do so courtesy of a series of online qualifiers at IrishEyesPoker.com which are scheduled for 6th, 13th and 20th May. Players who have already qualified can boost their stack by finishing in the top 25% of the field in these online satellites.


A number of side events have been scheduled alongside the Main Event, full details of which can be found below.


Thursday May 26th
Warm up event:  9pm  €85 + €15 Freeze-out, 10k chips, 25 min clock

 
Friday May 27th
Side Event 1:  9pm  €50 + €10  Freeze-out, 8k chips, 15 min clock. 1 day game

 
Saturday May 28th
Side Event 2:  12pm (noon) €50 +€10  Freeze-out, 8k chips, 15 min clock. 1 day game
Side Event 3:  6pm  EMOP Dublin Satellite €50 + €10, 1 Rebuy + 1 Add-on @ €50, 2 x €1,100 tickets guaranteed. 1 day game
Side Event 4:  10pm €100 + €20  Freeze-out, + €10 scalp chip. 10k chips, 20 min clock. 2-day game


Sunday May 29th
12 noon - Day 2 of Side Event 4.
Side Event 5:  3pm €50 + €10  Freeze-out, 10k chips, 15 min clock.
Side Event 6:  7pm €40 + €10  Freeze-out, + €10 scalp chip, 10k chips, 15 min clock.
