A familiar face to viewers of Mock The Week, Argumental and Have I Got News For You and a regular on many a Radio 4 panel show, Porter is no stranger to poker having taken part in the PartyPoker Women's World Open as well as appearing in a number of celebrity tournaments.


As well as honouring the great and the good of the UK poker scene the British Poker Awards will also feature a special charity auction to raise funds for the Peace and Sport charity. Lots on offer will include signed Barcelona and Arsenal shirts plus many more goodies.


There is still time to vote for your favourites by visiting www.thebritishpokerawards.com. One lucky voter will win a seat in London's Palm Beach Casino's £300 weekly No Limit Hold'em Tournament.


The British Poker Awards ceremony will be held at the Main Stage at Poker in the Park, in Hanover Square at 3pm on Saturday. Entry is free and everyone is welcome.
