It’s been a quiet month in the upper echelons of the Bluff European Rankings with many of the continent’s top pros heading to Las Vegas for the World Series of Poker.
The top 10 remains unchanged with Sergio Castelluccio at the top of the table following his fourth place finish at the EPT Grand Final. The result was the latest in a fine run of results for the Italian who has had a trio of deep runs in EPT and Italian Poker Tour events. The rankings are calculated using the amount of runners and the tournament buy-in as multipliers. This formula is designed to reward solid, consistent play, with no massive jumps for first place. This month, because of the WSOP running in Vegas, ranked tournaments are made up of grassroots events. The ranking action resumes today in the form of the £500 GUKPT Plymouth Main Event before continuing with the third leg of the new LCI UK Poker Tour which takes place at the Alea Nottingham from 9 -15 July. The £250+£50 NLH Main Event features a guaranteed prize pool of £10,000. The Partouche Poker Tour heads to beautiful Provence for a €500 No Limit Hold'em Main Event from 13th to 15th July, with two low stakes side events also scheduled. Satellites and information are available online for French players at Partouche.fr. After GUKPT Plymouth draws to a close it’s straight up the motorway to Bolton for leg 8. Again, you can qualify on G Casino Poker by playing feeders and satellites into a weekly four-seat guaranteed super satellite. The structure provides all bankrolls opportunities to qualify, starting with freerolls and buy-ins as low as £0.25. 2012 Grosvenor UK Poker Tour - Leg 7Grosvenor Casino, Plymouth 1 - 8 July 2012 LCI 2012 UK Poker Tour - NottinghamAlea Nottingham, Nottingham 9 - 15 July 2012 Partouche Poker Deepstack - Aix en ProvenceCasino Aix en Provence, Aix En Provence 13 - 15 July 2012 2012 Grosvenor UK Poker Tour - Leg 8G Casino, Bolton 15 - 22 July 2012 Rankings Top Ten 1 Sergio Castelluccio IT 12460 2 Bruno Lopes FR 11032 3 Koen De Visscher BE 10936 4 Jason Wheeler US 10902 5 Christopher Brammer UK 10540 6 Pratyush Buddiga US 10109 7 Clayton Mozdzen CA 10056 8 Heinz Kamutzki DE 7977 9 Kevin Vandersmissen BE 7307 10 Olivier Busquet US 7184
