Organisers of Poker in the Park 2010 have announced that the festival has teamed up with some of the country’s leading poker leagues in unveiling its two-day tournament schedule.

Organisers of Poker in the Park 2010 have announced that the festival has teamed up with some of the country’s leading poker leagues in unveiling its two-day tournament schedule.
The festival, which takes place on September 2nd and 3rd, will play host to a series of poker league-sponsored tournaments under the canvas of its renowned Poker Domes, that will promote the game at its grassroots level.
Event organiser, Michael Caselli said, “Right from the very first Poker in the Park, it was our intention to support the game at its grassroots level and we’re delighted this year to be partnering with so many familiar leagues, as well as welcoming some new faces to the table.”
The poker leagues involved in this year’s festival include the Masters Poker League, London Poker Meetup, Redtooth Poker, BLAPO, The Royal Surrey, London Poker Circuit, Poker in the Pub, Get Noticed, Champions, Nuts Poker League and The Poker Tree.

Poker in the Park is now in its fourth year and is spearheading the month-long London Poker Festival, featuring 100+ events and over £12 million in tournament prizes taking place at various venues across the Capital throughout September.
