The fifth edition of UK poker's finest shindig is shaping up to be the biggest yet with a host of top industry names joining the party.

Unibet is the headline sponsor for the awards ceremony which takes place on Monday 23 February. Fans will have the chance to rub shoulders with poker royalty at a bar sponsored by poker’s leading social platform RankingHero.

“Thanks to the help of our partners, the Fifth Annual British Poker Awards will be the best ever,” said Michael Caselli, Editor-in-Chief of Bluff Europe Magazine and BPA organiser.

“We’ve got some big names coming along, and a few surprises in store, so come along to the Hippodrome for the can’t-miss event on this year’s poker calendar.”

The British Poker Awards ceremony is open to the public, with tickets available from the Hippodrome Casino website (www.hippodromecasino.com) soon. Two lucky voters will win themselves a pair of tickets to the ceremony, absolutely free.

Voting has closed on the awards themselves, with Bluff Europe readers selecting their favourites from a shortlist drawn up by some of the most respected names in poker media: PokerNews’ Matthew Pitt, PokerStrategy.com’s Barry Carter, CalvinAyre.com’s Lee Davy, RankingHero’s Nicolas Levi, Late Night Poker creator Nic Szeremeta and ‘Voice of Poker’ Jesse May.
