Andrew Teng Makes WSOP Millionaire Maker Finale

Andrew Teng Makes WSOP Millionaire Maker Finale

Tuesday, 3 June 2014

Another busy day of action inside the Rio yesterday saw hundreds of players sent to the rail but in amongst all the eliminations a winner in the Millionaire Maker wasn't found.

Because of the event's sheer size the organisers were forced to add another session and simply play down to a final table last night.
The change of tact meant Michael Stembera became the final loser of the day after his Ac Kc was unable to overcome Bradley Anderson's Kd Js.

The unfortunate hand meant Stembera was pushed to the rail in 10th place for a consolation prize of $100,689 whilst Anderson moved on to the final table fifth in chips.

Leading the way at the close of the session was Stephen Graner who will lead a relatively unknown cohort of grinders towards the bracelet later today.

One player who will be familiar to most on the European scene, however, is Andrew Teng. The MTT regular currently has just over 4 million chips and will start the finale as the third biggest stack and certainly one of the favourites for the $1,319,587 top prize.

$1,500 Millionaire Maker Final Table Chip Counts:

Stephen Graner - 12,005,000
James Duke - 4,645,000
Andrew Teng - 4,375,000
Andrew Dick - 4,185,000
Bradley Anderson - 3,850,000
Jonathan Dimmig - 2,870,000
Maurice Hawkins - 1,960,000
Jeffrey Coburn - 1,660,000
Jason Johnson - 1,245,000
