Dario Minieri Finishes 2007 in Style
Pokerstars has had something of a grandstand finish to 2007,
breaking the record for the most number of players simultaneously

Happy New Year? Not for German Poker Players…
The New Year was seen in with an extensive ban outlawing almost all
forms of online gambling in Germany. The ban has been ratified by
at least 13 of 16 German states, and went into effect on New Year’s
Day.

Pokerstars Claims Simultaneous Player Record
As Pokerstars put it in their blog, “That's the same, if you will,
as every citizen of the city of Chatanooga, Tennesee, sitting down

JJ Prodigy Banned from Pokerstars PCA Event
JJProdigy is an online player who is probably best known as having
to forfeit $140,000 for a first place prize in the PartyPoker $500k
because he played on two accounts during the tournament.
