European Poker Tour organisers have announced details of a packed 40-event schedule for March's EPT Vienna festival.
The Austrian capital's stunning Hofburg Palace will once again be doing the hosting duties for the series which will run from 19-29 March.As has become customary on the EPT, the action will be preceded by a regional tour, in this case the central European Poker Tour.As always there'll be a wide selection of games and buy-ins including a €1,500 Limit 7 Card Stud Championship, €200 Limit Omaha High/Low Double Board and a €1,000 PLO Reverse Mix Max contest.New NL hold'em game types include the €100 Deuces Wild and €100 NLHE – Always 20 Big Blinds events, plus a €2,000 EPT Grand Final Hybrid tournament offering 50% in prize money and 50% in seats to the PokerStars and Monte-Carlo®Casino EPT Grand Final in Monaco at the end of April.For the first time, players that qualify via PokerStars will be able to opt out of the hotel portion of the package.
