Tournaments promoter Global Gaming Events has announced details of the second set of tournaments it is holding in association with Colt Poker.The first event, a $1.20 buy-in tournament with $500 added to the prize pool, is due to take place from 3pm ET time on March 24 with a $5.50 buy-in event kicking off 24 hours later is having its total prize pool topped up by a further $2,500.“Giving every player the chance to simply play and earn more than their buy-ins is a great way for players to get paid to play with Colt Poker,” said Jason Rosenberg, President for Global Gaming Events.“Since Colt Poker is run by the fine folks over at Cake Poker, we know everyone will have a great experience.”These events are open to any player that has a Colt Poker account and pre-registers with Global Gaming Events before 1pm on March 24. Competitors are to receive their special password upon registering while all pre-registered players that have made a deposit with Colt Poker before the action commences and go on to take part in both tournaments will receive a voucher worth ten dollars.“There will also be prizes for the best performing communities,” read a statement from Global Gaming Events. “Players that wish to earn points toward the community competition must pre-register their details at GlobalGamingEvents.com after making their Colt Poker player account.”
